About the event
Are you a passionate individual working on SDG 2: Zero Hunger? The event invites application from passionate individuals working in Goal No 2. After selection, the participants would form a team and each team will work on different issues for addressing hunger and malnutrition problem existing in our country.
Some of those issues might includes:-
- Sustainable food system: from production to consumption.
- An end to rural poverty. Double small-scale producer incomes and productivity.
- Adapt all food systems to eliminate loss or waste of food.
- Access adequate food and healthy diets, for all people, all year round.
- An end to malnutrition in all its forms.
The winning teams would receive seed grants as follows:
- First Prize: USD 500
- Second Prize: USD 300
- Third Prize: USD 200
About the organizers
UNLEASH is a global innovation lab which gathers 1,000 talents annually to collaborate on solutions that meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Since its inception, UNLEASH has been held in Denmark, Singapore and Shenzhen, China. Due to COVID-19 and its effects on the ability to gather physically, UNLEASH has moved all of its activities online for 2020, and will be hosting 17 local Hacks and the pre-accelerator program UNLEASH+.
